Order Cancellations

If you change your mind on your purchase(s) and wish to cancel your order, please notify us via email at sales@orudesignsusa.com. Once your camper build begins, we will not be able to cancel your order. Our cancellation policy does not include the $500 non-refundable deposit paid when purchasing a camper.
